### Jen Bai
Legal Counsel & Advisor
Hong Kong Compliance Consultant, Shanghai Mankun Law Firm
Jen Bai holds a PhD from Shanghai International Studies University and a bachelor's degree from Flinders University in Australia. Admitted as a lawyer in Victoria, Australia in 2018, she brings over six years of legal and compliance expertise across cross-jurisdictional matters, fintech regulation, and financial licensing.
Having worked at a major Hong Kong law firm, Jen is deeply fluent in common-law jurisdictions and has hands-on experience navigating the regulatory environments of both the Hong Kong SFC and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. She operates in English, Mandarin, French, and Italian - a rare multilingual legal capability that supports Cognify's cross-border and cross-community ambitions.
At Cognify Foundation, Jen ensures that every programme, partnership, and data practice is built on sound legal and regulatory ground - protecting schools, students, and donors alike.

A PhD graduate of UNSW Australia, his research portfolio spans AI, machine learning, software security, and - most recently - the application of Large Language Models in educational technology.
With over 9,600 citations, an h-index of 50, and 150+ published works across leading IEEE and ACM journals, Prof. Keung brings world-class scholarly rigour to Cognify's curriculum and programme design.
